Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of residential maintenance and service experience
• The Field Supervisor’s job is to design an HVAC system to meet the clients needs
• Be a vital link in terms of revenue, reputation and success of the company
• Maintain activity levels that achieve your budgeted levels of revenue, closing ratio and profit levels that contribute to the overall success of the entire organization
• Build value in the services we provide and be a key ingredient in our success
• Maintain a strong client focus while driving client satisfaction through high quality service
• Must undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
